How to “un-fry” my brain
I think my brain’s circuits are fried because of short form content and other parts of my lifestyle which I am not proud of. So, I am on a mission to “un-fry” my brain to become the normal version of Ishant. The current version of Ishant is not at all normal.
The goal of this challenge for myself is to:
- Be more focused and have longer attention span.
- Learn how to think and not hurt my brain again.
And I will do this by making these changes in my lifestyle:
- I will consume no short form content which means no Twitter and Instagram AT ALL.
- I will only consume long form content in the form of Movies, Series and Youtube videos which are of my interest and also teach me something.
- I will start reading again and will stick to it in order to make my brain used to thinking and imagining again.
- I will write more about my life and my experiences in order to learn how to be expressive and how to curate my thoughts instead of relying on ChatGPT which is helpful but has paralysed the thinking part of my brain.
- Get more physically active so that my body is able to handle the stress and support my brain to handle life’s stress too.
I will make these changes in my daily life and I will keep a track of everything here in my blog. Let’s hope this goes well 🤞🏻
